I've my own email server, Zimbra CE 8.8. Whenever I'm sending emails to DL or any email-id those are landing into Junk/Spam folder.
And internal incoming emails are also landing into Junk/spam.
Can someone suggest?
- Zimbra Collaboration 9.0.0 now available. Read the release notes.
- Zimbra Collaboration 8.8.15 LTS now available. Read the release notes.
- Are you a Zimbra Developer? You can find some interesting stuff in our Official GitHub, Blog and the Community Github.
- Zimbra is Open Source! Read the FAQ. You can also contribute and build binary from source!
Discuss your pilot or production implementation with other Zimbra admins or our engineers.

I would assume that this is due to the zimbra antispam service. You can find it under /opt/zimbra/bin/ as "zmantispamctl" in most installations. If you run $./zmantispamctl stop as a zimbra user ($sudo su zimbra) both amavisd & amavisd-mc will be stopped. These are, to my knowledge, just content filters. Both clamd and freshclam (antivirus) should both still be running if you stop the antispam service. By running this and doing a couple of test emails from addresses that would normally be thrown into spam you'll be able to rule out whether or not its the antispam service thats discarding the emails as spam.
