Dumpster not working in Spam Folder

Hi

I have Zimbra 8.7.9_1704.

When the users delete a message from Spam Folder is not visible from recovery dialog. From CLI the message is listed but is not recoverable:

zimbra@mail-2:~$ zmmailbox -z -m jpage@company.cl s --dumpster -l 30 --types message larger:1kb

Is it a bug? or configuration problem?
