Zimbra Sending mail from outlook without authentication from port 25

Hi All,

I am new to zimbra, and came to know that, from outlook, without authentication, from port 25, internally we can send mails.

So, please let me know how to restrict that, entirety.

I am new to zimbra, and came to know that, from outlook, without authentication, from port 25, internally we can send mails.

That's normal when all your LAN IPs are probable in the Trusted Networks setting. You can restrict that to just the ZCS server IP if you modify the setting, search the forums and wiki for further details. You could also block port 25 with a firewall if you wanted but that's usually more trouble than it's worth.

So, please let me know how to restrict that, entirety.
