I am using ZCS NE 8.8.8 and I'm trying to do the following:
-Forward a copy of all incoming emails to firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com, changing the original sender to firstname.lastname@example.org. (domain.com on Zimbra) For example:
email@example.com sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, then email@example.com has to send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org "overwriting" the original sender.
At this moment, I have tried: Filter rules (failing with my UTM not delivering the emails because of the original sender), forward email in mailbox preferences, forward email from the admin console to that user. None of those achieve the expected. Even tried the recipient_bcc method but the result it's the same.
Does anyone know how can I make Zimbra work that requirement? Thanks in advance!
