Full header is showing as in mailbox

Dear member,

I'm suffering from Zimbra webmail issue. This happened when a local user sends an email to another local user, that email view as me as "show original". I attached the screenshot here with. pls, help me to resolve this. I'm using Zimbra "Release 8.8.9_GA_3019.RHEL7_64_20180809160254 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.9_P4"".

I also have the same issue with some accounts. Received emails are shown as clear text even if html view is enabled on both sender and receiver. Subject of the email is also dropped. Please refer the attached screen shot.

If headers you provided are the same in the source email then as far as I can see, your email is corrupted because some headers are missing.

This happens even when we test from webmail to webmail with local relay (within same domain). What can be the root cause? Will it get resolved by an upgrade? Removing of accounts and re-creating them also wont fix this issue.

you should open a case with Zimbra support I think or you should inspect the log like the one concerning Postfix for example.

After re-creating sender account on received mail, the newly generated email comes with normally. Thank you for your support
