Zimbra Admin Console getting a blank screen

I'm having issue in accessing the administrative console from the web browsers. When I entered the URL (https://<server IP address>:7071) on the web browsers, all I get is white screen on the page...missing the login window. This happens on almost all my desktops PCs (both with Windows and Linux) except for one old laptop. I've searched online for many hours for solutions. No one seems to have a solid answer to the cause. The bizarre thing is my old laptop running Windows 10 x86 has no problem accessing the administration console. Every other PCs get the white screen going to the server. I don't think the problem is in the server. It looks as though the browser is failed to execute some script. Can any one help?

I'm surprised no one have experienced the same problem. BTW, I'm running Zimbra version 8.8.7_GA_1964.FOSS.
I tried a different browser (Firefox) on the old laptop that is working fine with the admin console. It gets the same issue (blank page with no login window). I'm really stumped. All indications the server is running just fine. Anyone can suggest a solution?

Update...
I finally installed a commercial SSL certificate on the server. It's still doesn't help to the problem. I'm still getting a blank screen <localhost:7071>
Can anyone commented my post? I can't believe no one else experience the problem with Zimbra.

repeat...I'm not getting the login window.

I've been getting the same issue. I've reverted to using the CLI, but would like to get this resolved

Have you had any luck?

Do people use the web interface? No one I know uses the Zimbra web interface on a regular basis.

I have about 40 accounts loaded in my Zimbra Desktop. That also makes the web interface a bit more difficult to use.

I've installed a new version of Zimbra server 8.8.15 to see if I get duplicate the problem in my network. The admin console is working fine on the new installation. The problem is not the network. That brings me a through of the blank page issue of my original server. Could it be a license issue? It's supposed to be a community version 8.8.7. Is community version required license to operation? I'm stumped on why the old server admin console gets a blank page when I tried to open it :?: and the new server works fine. :roll: It did work fine before. It's just stopped working after about a year.

Please advise,

Are you familiar with Developer Tools? If you open the network tab and go to admin url do you see issues with some page? Can share some details

No, I'm unfamiliar with the development tools. Are you suggesting to access the development tools on the admin url tab. If it is, then I can't do it. The whole issue is...the admin console (url) is blank. I can't see or do anything beyond "https://localhost:7071", The page is blank.

I did a little more troubleshooting....
I get a blank screen when the admin console is redirected to "https://192.168.168.20:7071/zimbraAdmin/"
But if I manually typed "https://192.168.168.20:7071/zimbra" I can see something on the screen. It's showing error page instead of a blank page. I suspect a file is missing (or corrupted) in the server. If you know the file, I can overwrite it from my running server.
