Email always go to SPAM even whitelisted

Hi,

I have an user email which always go to spam folder.

Even If I "whitelist" the address "Settings" -> "Mail" -> "Spam Option", the mails from the adress go to spam folder.

If in the spam folder I right click on an "Mark as not spam", it works 3-5 seconds and go back to spam.

Why ? How can I fix this ?

Hello,

You should investigate the log to see why the mail is moved again into Spam folder after 3-5 seconds.
I think there is a device that triggers this behavior.

Hi

This could be a issue related to Samsung device not related to Zimbra, you need to check the spam filter setting for this account into Samsung device and turn off the spam filter.
