Problem with long time to write to Sent folder over Imap

I've got problem with few users using Thunderbird on Windows machines.

When they send e-mail they have to wait very long time until TB writes their new message to Sent folder.

On Zimbra side, i Can see im mailbox.log that they ignite command


And I can see that there is very long time in elapsed.

imap - UID SEARCH elapsed=345

Thunderbird tested from different computers, with cleared Profile and new configuration. I'm pretty sure it's not something with TB, but who knows :)
Also I've did reindex on Zimbra, but still not resolved this issue.

For users without this kind of problems, this time is in most cases below 10.

Do someone know what should i look for? In logs everything seems to be ok, except this long elapsed time.

It also doesnt happen always, but lets say 5-8 times per day.
