downloading attachments logs

Postby neogamer » Thu Aug 15, 2019 4:35 pm

Hello!
I need help from a expert on zimbra. I have a zimbra open source 8.8 version running on a ubuntu server 16.04., and I'm newbie in Zimbra. In purpose of information security, I'm trying to increase the file transfer control between e-mail users.

I found that in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log there is information about which user attached files to the letter (or draft), as well as information about time, size and name of the attachment file. For example:
2019-08-10 20:19:18,117 INFO [qtp1010670443-211:https://zimbra.site.local/service/soap/SaveDraftRequest] [name=user@site.local;mid=2;ip=192.168.1.22;port=34540;ua=ZimbraWebClient - GC75 (Win)/8.8.15_GA_3829;soapId=20a1541f;] FileUploadServlet - saveUpload(): received Upload: { accountId=da9e434e-2fdc-4fab-a67d-74b1367912f4, time=Tue Aug 10 20:19:18 KRAT 2019, size=854, uploadId=dc8aaad5-6be9-42c0-8866-6fcbc12acaf6:606fdebf-51ab-4009-9084-3aa1a0ec8ae3, name=test_file.txt, path=null }
Here we can see the user name (name=user@site.local), file name (name=test_file.txt), file size (size=854) and operation time (time=Tue Aug 10 20:19:18 KRAT 2019)

Unfortunately I can't find any similar information in /opt/zimbra/log/ about who and when downloaded attachments from emails (or drafts) :(

Is there any way to get such information from zimbra ?

I would appreciate any answers. It will help to improve data leak protection in my company
