Change of IP

Hello, I have a problem with zimbra, I changed the ip, and apparently everything worked well, the webmail sends and receives emails, but connecting through an imap (eg Thunderbird) can only send but not receive, tells me that the server cut the connection and I do not see anything strange in the logs, my query is.

How can I enable a DEBUG log mode to see absolutely all the details of when an account is logged in order to find a solution.
