I'm having a problem with the spfbl.net blacklist. Someone send an email to us and it was rejected by our Zimbra with a message saying '554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [<sender IP>] blocked using dnsbl.spfbl.net; https://matrix.spfbl.net/<sender IP>'
A went to the above page, checked it and then I managed to contact the company responsible for that server. In a few minutes, the IP address was no longer listed in that blacklist. After that, I asked the original person to try sending the email again.
To my surprise, the email was reject again, with the very same error, as I could check in /var/log/zimbra.log:

I've checked the spfbl URL, and it says clearly "Este servidor de e-mail está limpo no momento." ("This e-mail server is clear at the moment"). So, why is Zimbra still refusing the messages? Is there a refresh time before Zimbra checks the blacklist server again? in such case, where do I find this timeout value, and how do I force a refresh?
