Out of RPC cache

8.8.15.GA.3829.UBUNTU16.64_P3, a user is experiencing the infamous above error when opening a long conversation (+180 messages) on Firefox.

It does not happen on Chrome, does not happen if the thread is all read (that is: won't throw the error if every mail is read). Even more weird happens only on customer PC, I tried on two other different desktops (Win10 and mac) and they aren't affected.

Customer Firefox is freshly installed and fully updated, no extensions installed but ad blocker. Tried disabling for zimbra but still running into RPC cache.

Any idea is welcome.
