Suddenly cannot login as admin

I recently made policy changes to the passwords requirements and forced a 90 day change.
I have access to all email accounts but not the administrator ones. Is it possible it's something to do with the passwords?

Why not just create a new Global Admin account for the moment, so you can manage the system via the Admin Console?

Same exact thing. Same error in the log.
The account status shows as active, it's not locked out but will be if I keep trying it.

Please document the commands you ran to make the password policy changes.

I did it from the GUI.
All I did was set force change in 90 days and changed one or two of the minimum requirements of special chars to 1.
Pretty straight forward that I recall.

Fixed.

For some reason, changing the password requirement messed up both administrator accounts.
Both those accounts had a strong mix of alphanumeric and special characters. Once I changed the password to alphanumeric only, I was able to get in.

So basically, special characters were no longer allowed once I made the changes. This is what it looked like and I left it this way. If a password has special chars, that account won't be able to get in.

Makes no sense to me. I want users to use alphanumeric, upper, lower and special chars in their passwords.
