We have some users who have two Zimbra accounts accessible via their Outlook. For their primary account they use the Zimbra Connector (works great!). For the second account they use an IMAP mapped account.
When they send from the IMAP (2nd) account using outlook, the end user recieves the email in plain/text format, which for some users, means the email arrives as a winmail.dat. This does not happen if the user sends from the same account using the web browser. We have checked and double checked that the Outlook and Zimbra settings say to send mail as HTML. When we compose the message, we have also double checked that the format is marked as HTML, but to no avail. Sending from the Zimbra Connector (1st) account works fine.

Was able to work around this using by connecting to the second account with Exchange ActiveSync as opposed to IMAP. This will work, would be interesting to know if there is a fix using IMAP.
