Cannot re-index mailboxes after faulty backup restore

Hi there,

I'm running Zimbra CS 8.8.15 on Centos 7 virtual machine. Last night we had to restore from backup due to hardware failure. I was handed two different backups for two different partitions from two different dates and now my datastore (/opt/zimbra/store) and root partition which holds zimbra db files are inconsistent. Mails are present in server but couldn't see them in user mailbox since they are not related in db.

I tried to re-index mailbox using https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Glenno-Notes but it's still the same. I was wondering if there is a way to re-create relation between current mails in /opt/zimbra/store and users and write it to db so i can show proper mails in user mailboxes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
