SPF and DKIM not showing

SPF and DKIM not showing

Good day guys,

We have MX, SPF and DKIM records on our DNS and already checked it on mxtoolbox and whatsmydns and it's there. DMARC will be added tomorrow i guess or next week but the SPF and DKIM is already published. And we are not blacklisted.

We can send mails from other domains except gmail, It returns back to zimbra (Mail Undelivered - Return to Sender). The response from gmail was due to low ip reputation or sometimes likely unsolicited mail (vice versa). I tried to email my personal yahoo and view the raw email/message to check our authentication like spf, dkim and etc.

Authentication-Results: atlas314.free.mail.ne1.yahoo.com;
dkim=unknown;
spf=fail smtp.mailfrom=mail.example.com;
dmarc=unknown

Currently our zimbra's antivirus is always stopped and zmclamdctl is not running, since fresh install. But our mail is working fine, we can receive and send, so it doesn't bother me at all. Is it by any chance will be affected by the anti-virus . zmclamdclt not running ?

Our server is hosted by amazon by the way. On fresh and success installation there are things that are not running correctly cause amazon blocked the ports and needed to be opened on the amazon settings. Maybe the antivirus port is also blocked in there ? Thats why it is not running ?

Hope someone can enlighten me with this issue. Almost no sleep :(
