External account does not load messages!

External account does not load messages!

Hello, I added a Postfix server account to Zimbra's webmail, as we are going through a migration process, so the idea is that users move messages from their old Postfix account to the new one in Zimbra.

External accounts are added normally, except that only messages from the Inbox are viewed, other folders such as Sent and Custom Items have nothing, as if the content had not been synchronized.

Does anyone know why this is and how to solve it?
