Java Script Error when creating or editing account - Zimbra Admin Console

Hi guys,
I am running Zimbra 8.8.12_GA which has been working okay until recently when I noticed I am nolonger able to create or edit an account from the Zimbra Admin console.

I am getting the below error;

Critical
JavaScript error encountered in method ZaAccountListController.prototype._newAccountListener

Anyone with an idea what could be the issue please help.

As that's an old version of ZCS I'd suggest you upgrade to the most recent version (to keep up with bug and, more importantly, security fixes) and see how you get on with that.

I upgraded to "Release 8.8.15_GA_3869.RHEL7_64_20190917004220 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P19", but still facing the same error.

From above log, 1b63b3bf-1294-4cd6-af36-195096f704db is not a valid COS ID. I have confirmed that all accounts use "Default" COS and its COS ID is not the one above. Anyone able to figure out what could be causing the issue or why it's referencing a wrong COS ID? Please advice.
