how to add "a button or text linked to a local ip" in zimbra acount interface ?

in my office, we have a server that its function's similar as briefcase of zimbra. that server authenticate against zimbra's ldap. that means we can login that user with zimbra account. we want to make it more easier to our users so we hope to add a link directly to interface of zimbra account.
hope you guys understand 'cos my english is bad :( !
