Browsable iframe in zdesktop

Postby chrigi_1 » Wed Apr 06, 2011 5:56 am

Hi,
I'm trying to display the iframe version of toodledo (Toodledo :: Your to-do list) inside a tab as shown in the iframe tab example.

This works perfectly when i launch the zd interface trough firefox (via "open in webbrowser").

But as soon is i run the native zd client, all links are opened in an external browser ("Launch Application" dialog), instead of inside the iframe.
Any Idea why this happens, and how I can fix it?
Cheers,
Chris

Don't know if this will help, perhaps links have HTML attribute "target". If you post example of the iframe, I may be able to take better look at it.

Browsable iframe in zdesktop

Thats how the iframe looks:

var app = appCtxt.getApp(appName); // get access to ZmZimletApp

var content = com_zimbra_toodledo_plugin_HandlerObject.prototype._createContent();

app.setContent("
http://www.toodledo.com/slim" width="100%" height="100%">
"); // write HTML to application tab
Thanks for having a look.

The iframe looks fine.

Any chance you can send the iframe's contents?
To get iframe contents: In Firefox, right-click inside iframe, and select menu "This Frame | View Frame Source".

Did you ever find an answer to this? I also have iframe apps I'm trying to use in ZDesktop and every link opens a new window. If you figured it out I would be truly grateful.

Check the html links that you are clicking on? Are they specifying a new url?
