No more message in my maibox

Hi
Since days now I don't receive any new message.
If somebody knows why, thanks to tell me.
The box is full t 40% but the 5393 spams are they for something ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Kazo,
You are running a really old and insecure Zimbra Collaboration version. Also, can you please check your postfix queues, and the mailbox.log to see what the issue can be?

Are you the Email Administrator of your infrastructure?

Thanks Jorge to be the only one to reply and it's true, 2011, it's very old ( but not for my daughter who is 6 now...).

I would like to update it so when I click to Help => About nothing show the possibilty to update and anywhere else in the menus.

I don't know what is neither "postfix queues" nor the "mailbox.log", where and how to find them ?

Who in this organisation can use the right to close a mailbox, on what criteria and for what reasons without even having the courtesy to warn the user ?

That's totally incredible.

Are you the email administrator of your platform? If you are not, please reach out directly to the person is managing your platform, so they can help you.

No, it's not a joke because you never gave any information about who provided your email account until this last post.

Which 'organisation' are you talking about free.fr or Zimbra? Free use the open source version of Zimbra and they provide the server and support for their installation of ZCS, the is nothing that we (on these forums) can do to resolve your problem. Free also happen to be my ISP, I'm not seeing any problems with the email accounts, have you tried to contact Free support?

You ask me reach out to the manager ; is it a joke ? I see you don't know "https://zimbra.free.fr/" they are just here to send their phones and boxes and nothing more. If you have any problem they doesn't know you any more until you pay them ; after....

if you lost your access for email account you should not post here to write your anger.
Free provide is own mail server without any guarantee since the beginning. If you use your
Free email as a professional mailbox, you have made a mistake and you did not read what
Free says about this service.

Synacor nor Zimbra are not responsible for that.

Free also happen to be my ISP, I'm not seeing any problems with the email accounts, have you tried to contact Free support?

even if you had anyone, you are not Phoenix for nothing ; yes I had from their homepage: https://zimbra.free.fr/logout.pl you have a menu at the bottom with "Protection de l'enfance", "Signaler un contenu illicite", "Free, la société", "Free recrute", and at least "Nous contacter".
Just click on any and let me know about to contact Free support....

I sent a letter to Free, a real letter wrote with a pen and paper, the 29th of september ( today is the 14th of october), guess what they replied ?
