sharing calendars with others users, without confirmation

Hi all,

I want to know if there's the possibility of sharing calendars (own) with other people or groups, but without the need of those people/groups to accept the share.
On our organization we've some common calendars that everyone can See (view permissions), and I want to know if i can share those calendars with lots of people, but without user interaction to accept...
