Can not create/delete mail filters/rules

I am using the Zimbra Web Client for school related email traffic.

My Problem is this: I cannot manage my E-mail filters/rules.
I set up a rule a looong time ago that fowards all E-mails to my private address. Now that I've changed my private address I want to adjust the filter accordingly. With no luck, because the filter option isn't available somehow...

Now all my E-mails end up in the trash and I have absolutely no way to stop it...

I've attached a screenshot of the preferences Tab on the web client, which lacks the "rules" option.
