Problem : no more mail receive

I expose my problem,

5 days ago i receive the quota mail warning on my mailbox, i removed a lot of mails to go under the limit again
but since i have made it, i dont receive anymore mails, is the all mails of this 5 days could be recovered?
I have try some test mail but i dont receive them too, but they are in my send mail.
Could you help me to receive mails again?

I have this message when i try to resend a mail to my zimbra webmail :
