Outlook 2016: stays disconnected

Hello, I'm having troubles making ZCO work on my fresh Win10 laptop, so I'm also trying to use Outlook 2016 with ActiveSync protocol.

What happens is:
  • I create the ActiveSync connection
  • Outlook starts downloading a few messages (about 50) and stops
  • It says it is "Connected"
  • After restarting Outlook, it says "The folder ha not yet been updated" and "Disconnected" + a yellow mark is present on Outlook icon

Can you suggest how to fix this?
