CANNOT SEND EMAILS

Thanks, ahead of time, for any help!
I have the basic, lifetime email account, at this point. I've had the account for at least a couple of years, with absolutely no issues ... until now. When I try to send a composed email, I get the following. (But I can receive emails.):

This is not a Zimbra issue with which we can help you; this is an issue with your hosting provider Unseen.is.

You need to open a support ticket with them.
