Simultaneous access webmail with same account.

I am trying to connect to the zimbra webmail from two different computers and the same mail account but I get an error after a few seconds on the penultimate login: msg NotSupported error code 9.

Is this operation normal? Is there a parameter at the account level to be set for simultaneous access to the same mailbox between two different pc ? Thank you
