I have had an email account called: email@example.com for about 20 years. Many years ago, it must have been absorbed by Zimbra, as that is the platform that appeared.
On Jan 3, at just short of 3PM Arizona time, I lost the ability to access the email address from ALL of my portable (cell and laptop) plus any other desktop EXCEPT my personal at my office which still works! All the others say there is an ERROR or does not recognize my password/username and the access is denied. I had to have all my emails to this main email I use ported to a GMAIL shadow account. HELP What do I do???
