I am using the web browser to send/receive email through French web provider Free.
I received a mail whereby the recipient is not me.
Do you know why and how may I prevent it?
It happened to me before.

I'm afraid the we are not allowed to provide support for your as ZCS is hosted by another company, you must contact the Free tech support or one of the Free forums such as https://www.aduf.org/. Both of those are quite good (I'm also a user of Free and I've never had such a problem. When you say the mail is not addressed to you, is it Spam and have you checked the headers to see wher the mail has been or from where it came?
