Delta sync and sync issues (Admin help wanted) - ZCO issues

Hey all I'm having yet another sync issue with multiple users across my university which we service. Specific user mailboxes fail to sync or die half way through. We have found a small fix by un-mounting mailboxes, setting sync to partial and remounting those mailboxes. For our test we chose around 90 days and this has seemed to help. We have a ton of users with huge mailboxes/calendars/reoccurring event that cause sync issues across the board by setting the date back to sooner rather than everything it kind of helps. This is all in Outlook of course and this solution is not practical as some users need to access calendar dates from a long time back of emails from forever ago. we use Outlook 2016 and Zimbra connector 8.6.0.1320 Client side and 8.6.0 Server side. I have log files as well - this is a segment in the code I found that struck out to me

These are Community forums and, generally speaking, Zimbra staff don't visit here very often. As you're an NE customer then I'd suggest your best course of action would be to raise a support case with Zimbra Support.
