We have had a number of new machines delivered today and we are trying to set them up for our employees. We are currently running Windows 7, Office 2016 and the Zimbra connecter version 8.2. On an old computer, the installation of Outlook 2016 gave us no issues at all but on the new machine it always states that the account cannot be validated against the server.
We know we have an invalid certificate on the server and when i go to File->Account Settings->Accounts->Change and go to the connection settings tab, it shows information about the certificate. On the new machines it just states "OFFLINE". I have pulled the certificate off the old machine and the server and placed them in a number of locations but to no avail.
Any ideas where the connector picks this certificate up from?
