Cannot send

I am doing tech support in an enterprise that uses Zimbra. Version - Zimbra 8.7.1_GA_1670 (build 20161025050804)
We have Office 365 ProPlus installed (16.0) with Zimbra Connector

Occasionally, when users set up appointments with large distribution lists involved, we receive an Outlook error message stating "Cannot send to one or more delegates".
The appointments get sent (confirmed from others) regardless of this message.

I tried to find any inconsistencies in Distribution lists to no avail. Tried repairing ZCO, recreating the profile- no change.

Does the message imply that appointment invitations also get send to delegates of folks on any DL and if so why would it not be able to send to a few delegates? Or is it to mean that one or more people on the list have delegates that will not be sent the invitation?

Any help would be appreciated.
