When we plan on upgrading to a new release of zimbra, how important is it to upgrade the iSync connector? We have about 50 users who use it and I am wondering if we should push out that connector before the Zimbra upgrade, or can we do it gradually after the upgrade?
Also, this goes for the Outlook connector.
Thanks,
Spencer

From his post history, I would imagine 4.5.3
It's normally assumed you're upgrading the connector afterwards anyways, as a new connector might have a server side change to go with it or something.
But Sam can tell you far more then I can ;)

best thing is to upgrade server first, and shortly thereafter migrate the desktops to the new isync connector. the quicker after the server upgrade you can migrate the desktops, the better.
