User can't send or receive mail, error is: object with that id already exists: 1113

Which browser are you using? Has the user tried another browser? Does it happen with one specific user or everyone? Was this an upgrade from which ZCS version? Do you mean they can't send or receive any mail or just occasionally?
Regards

It's not a browser issue, it's Zimbra itself that gives the error, in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

Can't send a mail, can't receive mail (the mail bounces), can't save a mail (all actions with mail result in an insert in to the mysql and that key is already there.

I 'solved' it by crating a new account and moving the mail.

It happened to only one client.

It's scary.

same here: upgrade from zcs 8.07 -> 8.5.0 on centos 6.5

~25 accounts, 1 had the problem mentioned above. backup/restore did not help, i had to create a new account, export data from the old account via zimbra client interface and import data in the new account

also, on ~ 3 accounts, mobile sync stopped working. deactivating/activating mobile sync did not help. clients (iphones) hat to remove/add exchange account (zimbra account).

Hi,

We had this issue as well, but for us the fix was simple.

Logged into admin view, and opened editing view of account, then selecting reindex inbox.

Hope this will help someone in the future :)

Have a good day.

Upgraded from 8.07 to 8.5.1 last night. So far we have had this problem with 2 accounts (of 3800 total) .

User cannot send mail. Tried reindex of the mailbox, but no result. Also running /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdbintegrityreport -v

No errors found

Exporting the account, delete it ,and recreate, does work.

Using Release 8.5.1_GA_3056.RHEL6_64_20141103151539 RHEL6_64 FOSS edition on centos 6.6

Hi all,

I'll pass all of this feedback to the Engineering Team and I will come back with more information.

For now the workaround that I've saw that works is: backup/export the account, delete the affected account and recreate it, and import the backup.

Let me more time in this.
