cli zmmailbox moveMessage

Postby manfred.gipp » Thu Sep 10, 2015 5:29 am

i want to move Mails via cli from Inbox automatically to a specific subfolder.

With following command i can search for Mails:

zmmailbox -z -m mailbox_to_search@domain.de search -l 1000 "in:/inbox (before:today)"

The resulting list contains a list of all Messages before today. One column contains the message-ID. This message-ID is to use for moving messages.

The following command moves messages to a subfolder:

zmmailbox -z -m mailbox_to_search@domain.de moveMessage ID-To-Move subfolder

This is OK for normal Messages. But not for conversations.

The following code moves the whole conversation to a subfolder:

zmmailbox -z -m mailbox_to_search@domain.de moveConversation ID-To-Move subfolder

But this command moves all Mails related to this conversation to a subfolder. Regardless of whether they are in the inbox or in other folders. In this case there are more Mails moved to the subfolder.

My question is:

Is there a possibility to move only one Mail within a conversation to a subfolder and not the whole conversation?

Many thanks for any help

Manfred
