If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

No such folder exists

Postby tirgil » Tue Oct 09, 2012 12:57 pm

We have ZCS Open Source Edition 7.1.4 and we use Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 in our Windows 7 Clients. We updated Zimbra Desktop to 7.2.1

When we click one of the subfolder of Inbox then there is an error "No such folder exists". When we downgrade to 7.1.4 everything is fine.
I realize that it happens just on subfolders of Inbox. I add new folder (test1) and then add the subfolder (test2) of test1 and everything is fine. But even the newly created subfolder of inbox or old subfolders of Inbox has the error.
I found the exact problem. We use Zimbra in Turkey. So, our Windows clients has local settings of Turkish. So when i try to change search box like in:"ınbox/deneme" then everything is ok. I think when Zimbra try to lower to word of Inbox, it change to "inbox" and then when try to upper it is "İnbox" because of Turkish language.
How can we solve this problem?

Finally i found a solution for me.
I change a row in the C:Program Files (x86)imbraimbra DesktopjettywebappszimbrajsStartup1_2_all.js file
The row 4652
from

return t?n:("in:"+n)

to

return t?n:("in:"+n.replace("inbox","ınbox"))
everything is fine now.

is there any real solution for this problem?
