mail.NO_SUCH_BLOB

If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

mail.NO_SUCH_BLOB

Postby flag31plan » Tue Jun 07, 2016 4:46 pm

Getting this error. Emails are coming into the wrong account. ie Tom1 is coming into Tom3 and some are getting the mail.NO_SUCH_BLOB message. No idea how to resolve.

Is this really a question about Zimbra Desktop (which is where you've posted)? If it's ZCS then you should always give the full output of the following command:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v
Have you looked at any of the forum threads on this topic or the wiki articles that cover the debugging and recovery steps for this error?

If you'd like to see this implemented in a future version of ZCS then please vote on Bugzilla entries 97706 & 108168

Of course zmblobcheck is there but you also haven't provided the information I requested about the ZCS version in use or even if it's about ZCS or Zimbra Desktop.

Can you upgrade Java on your m/c to latest JRE?
