Zimbra backup compatible with outlook

HI Zimbra users and admins! I am managing a Zimbra server in my company for external users. I have one specific client who uses outlook to see the mailbox. This client/company is asking us for a way that every user can backup their mailbox and a way to restore that same backup, so it has to be co192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l
mpatible to outlook, is there a tool/app for that?
