Zimbra drive on NC 18?

Postby vmalien2 » Thu Feb 13, 2020 10:24 am

I use Zimbra server 8.8.12 and I installer Nextcloud 18 on a separate VM since a few time.
I 'd like to know if the latest Zimbra drive release 0.8.24 works with those servers?
The dependence of Zimbra drive release 0.8.24 on the download pages is:
Nextcloud >=9.0.0,<18.0.0
So I think I can't install.
Dose someone know the road map for the next release?
Best regards.

Hi guys,

I have installed Zimbra Open Source 8.8.12 and Zimbra Drive. I have another server running NexCloud 17. I have to follow the guide as on Wiki, testing all good as below. But when I'm clicking button Open Drive on Webmail, it doesn't happen anything in there, so I don't know how to resolve this case.

Does any idea or advice help me with this problem? Zimbra Open Source 8.8.12 compatible with NextCloud 17. Is this correct? Isn't it?

Code: Select all

[OK] Zimbra Drive app installation test : Zimbra Drive app is installed.

[OK] Enabled Zimbra's users test : Zimbra's users are enabled.

[OK] Enabled Zimbra's user login : Zimbra Drive authentication is enabled.

[OK] Is server url set test : The server url is set.

[OK] Is server port set test : The server port is set.

[OK] Zimbra host connection test : Zimbra Drive app can reach the host.

[OK] Zimbra authentication page connection test : Zimbra Drive app can reach Zimbra's authentication page.

[OK] Zimbra Drive extension connection test : Zimbra Drive app can reach Zimbra Drive extension.

Hi vmalien2,

You may the summary of differences posted at https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=67726&p=295982#p295982 helpful. Zimbra Drive and Zimbra Open Drive are two different products, and support differing feature sets.
