zimbraDriveOwnCloudURL is empty

Hello,
I am struggling to solve this problem with nextcloud drive.

Zimbra Version : Release 8.8.15.GA.3869.UBUNTU18.64 UBUNTU18_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P9.
Nextcloud Version : 18.0.4

The error on zimbra ui is : an error occured on getting drive folders, unable to connect to server.

viewing the /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log it says : Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Domain attribute zimbraDriveOwnCloudURL is empty

As zimbra user i have executed : zmprov md zimbrasrvhostname zimbraDriveOwnCloudURL 'http://mynextcloudurl/index.php' and then zmcontrol restart
i also tried with nextcloud https url and tried with editing the zimbradrive-extension.conf in case this works.

Has anyone expirienced the same error? and how you solve it?
