To resolve this issue,
1) Ask any user to send you an appointment
2) You will get the appointment on your device, accept the appointment and it will send an email in the backend which resolved this issue.

Thanks for the information. But I would like to ask that I am a user of andriod jelly bean version on device samsung grand duos. So, does it work well with this particular version of android?
