Error while deleting the Email account.

Hi,



While deleting an account via Zimbra GUI, the error appeared. Please see details below:

I'd check your mailbox log on the server to see if there is more details.



Is this a multi server setup? Almost sounds like the zimbra user password doesn't match between zimbra ldap and the local zimbra mailbox that your gui is running on.

This is 2 node HA Cluster Setup. So, the authentication is the problem here? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

I'd make sure you have valid ssh keys for the zimbra run this command as the zimbra system user on each server: zmupdateauthkeys.
