I've my own email server, Zimbra CE 8.8. Whenever I'm sending emails to DL or any email-id those are landing into Junk/Spam folder.
And internal incoming emails are also landing into Junk/spam.
Can someone suggest?

I would assume that this is due to the zimbra antispam service. You can find it under /opt/zimbra/bin/ as "zmantispamctl" in most installations. If you run $./zmantispamctl stop as a zimbra user ($sudo su zimbra) both amavisd & amavisd-mc will be stopped. These are, to my knowledge, just content filters. Both clamd and freshclam (antivirus) should both still be running if you stop the antispam service. By running this and doing a couple of test emails from addresses that would normally be thrown into spam you'll be able to rule out whether or not its the antispam service thats discarding the emails as spam.
