Zimbra Backup

Postby muaazelkamali » Sun Oct 14, 2018 3:01 pm

Hi All,

I have installed ZCS 8.8.9 and I want to configure the backup but I didn't found the backup option and I don't know from to start. I didn't found anything in the documents.

Please if you know the backup steps let me know or any document has clear steps how to enable the backup.

Regards,

Muaaz Elkamali

If you've installed the Open Source Edition of ZCS then there is no backup service in that, you can run one of the many backup procedures you'll find in the forums or wiki or purchase ZeXtras products.

Hi,

I have installed the licensed network edition and configured the license. I don't see any option for backup.

When asking questions on these forums you should always post the full output of the following command:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v
Please post this so we know which exact version you're using.

Hi,

I have mapped an external drive to ZCS but it wasn't reaching the external drive. Once I reconfigured it start working fine.

Thanks guys.
