Postby Marcosebas » Mon May 27, 2019 7:31 pm

Dear all,

Please your help I am facing a problem in my ZCS 8.6. I am receiving a critical error when attaching files in an email.

How could I determine the cause of this error and solve it.

Thank you in advance for your help.

It's possible your server has been hacked/compromised. There are several topics in the Administrator forum on this very topic, take a look at them and see if that's your problem the clean your server and patch (or update to rthe current version of ZCS) your current version.

Hi Bill,

It is a virtualized system. In the morning there was a space problem and the Zimbra went down. We assigned more space, I restarted the services in mi mailbox, ldap, and MTA and came up with this problem. I can assure it hasn’t been hacked or compromised. Where could I look for the reason of the error?

Try change permissions as root on /opt/zimbra/data/tmp/upload
chmod 755 /opt/zimbra/data/tmp/upload/
