Your install may still have encountered errors; you may want to reinstall or review the installation log for errors.

    Default appliance_config.log

Specifically, we are looking for the "appliance_config.log" file; the zmdiaglog files are not necessary. It should be listed as available in the diagnostic window any time after the system is configured.

    All software has bugs

The rename domain failure is what I expected to see based on the description of the problem; can you tell me if you're installing as a DHCP or static network address?

Marc, I will annex the appliance_log in a few minutes.
    Yes, I'm using DHCP.

I think the Zimbra Appliance (ZA) is a great idea! It would be nice if the Outlook Connector was supported by the ZA as well.

    Default appliance_config.log

Thanks for the compliments for the appliance, Andrew. When you get a chance, can you attach the appliance_config.log from the offending instance? Thanks!

    Hello,

I'm unable to login again into the appliance. The Zimbra services wont start at the reboot.

As so, I'm unable to send the appliance log.

You should be able to access the log even with the zimbra services down.

https://<server>:5480, then the diagnostics link. If that's not responding, then you can either attempt a reinstall, or log in on the command line with your configuration user and password (set at install time) and grab the file from /opt/zcs-installer/logs/appliance_config.log
