I recently deactivated a BB user/phone and gave that device to a new user. That new user dropped in their Sim card to the device, I created a new user in BES, activated the phone and synced the data between the phone and BES. Everything comes over (calendar and thousands of contacts) except past email. I can see on the phone during the activation process that the device jumps right over the email sync, as if no email was there. New email comes in just fine. The phone is set up to keep 60 days of old email. Folder redirect under Email Setup on the phone has the inbox checked.

The previous user of this phone did not have this issue.

Any ideas?
