I need a user to have a different primary email when using BES, so I changed the mailboxes account as follows:
firstname.lastname@example.org became email@example.com in zimbra admin.
firstname.lastname@example.org became an alias for email@example.com in zimbra admin.
This doesn't update in BES, and in the GAL lookup BES still see's firstname.lastname@example.org as an account. I added another user as a test, and it did not show up in the GAL, so I restarted both zimbra and the BES server. Same issue. Anyway to force a resync of the GAL in BES?
