    Default Duplicate email on BB with ZCO

    Hi guys,

    recently I've migrated all our BB from old ZCB Beta3 (and ZCS 5.0.10) to new ZCB and ZCS 6.0.5.. almost of BB works without problem, but some user that use also the ZCO connect have a strange problem..

    all emails on BB are duplicated, or in some case just the last mail is duplicated, after a new mail the old will be deleted and the new one duplicated..

    can be a problem with the ZCO connector?

    What is the version of zco connector that user in question is using? Also does duplication on device still occur in case if user will shutdwon Outlook/zco?

    Does re-provisioning of user in BB manager help to solve this problem?

    The connector is the last 6.0.5 from the admin console. If the user has outlook closed the email are not duplicated. Also a reprovisioning of user doesn't seems to solve the problem

    still have this issue. Today i've done an upgrade of Zimbra to 6.0.7, BES connector to 6.0.7 and Outlook Connector to 6.0.7, but the user have last email duplicated on BB when read the email on Outlook.

    I've also noticied that the sent email from Zimbra are copied also on the BB but without text, I need to download the message from BB to see the text.

    Any help?

    Please try the following:

    - stop BB controller
    - enable zcb logs(zcologctl.exe)
    - start BB controller
    - send test message to the user in question
    - open up support case(support@zimbra.com) and attach (MAGT + zcb logs covering period of time when test message was sent)

    We may need to go through logs to see why duplication occurs.
