    Default calenar only one way syncing

    we use the blackberry enterprise server Express, latest version of zcs and a outlook 2007 part of office 2007 enterprise.

    I'm only able to synchronize my calendar from zimbra to bb and not back.

    this is in my logfile


    Please help me...

    Default Standard troubleshooting

    Calendar not syncing:
    1. RSET from calendar options menu
    2. Delete Desktop [CICAL] service book and resend from server
    3. Check server logs for "CDOCalendar::Initialize - Error in call m_spCalendarFolder"
      1. Stop services including outlook.exe and calhelper.exe
      2. run scanpst.exe on C:\Documents and Settings\blackberryadmin\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\BlackBerryServer-1.zdb
      3. run ZimbraBESConnector.msi installer and select repair

    The Zimbra wiki has the details, but basically you do:

    1. Inside calendar screen press blackberry button
    2. Select options
    3. Highlight Desktop
    4. Type 'rset' on the keyboard
    5. Select Yes.
